Information you choose to share

If you use the request form or email ShelfClarity, you may share your name, work email, store URL, product URLs, and any context about your catalog. This information is used only to reply to you, provide a requested mini-audit, or discuss a potential project.

Public product-page reviews

A free mini-audit is based on public storefront pages unless we explicitly agree otherwise. You do not need to provide Shopify admin access for the free review.

The optional free product-page check reads the public HTML of the URL you enter to return an immediate markup snapshot. ShelfClarity does not store the page body from that check.

Website analytics

ShelfClarity records basic site interactions such as page views, resource clicks, product-page checks, and mini-audit requests. The records can include the page path, referring page, campaign label, and a coarse country signal supplied by the hosting platform. They are used to understand which resources are useful and to improve the website and outreach materials, not to build individual visitor profiles.

Sharing and retention

ShelfClarity does not sell personal information. Information is only shared with service providers needed to operate email, hosting, or analytics, or where required by law. Email conversations and audit materials are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, or handle follow-up.
